Founding waitlist privacy notice
Your information should have one clear job.
This notice explains how the Calyvro founding waitlist handles your information.
Controller: Controller identity pending production configuration, Postal address pending production configuration. Where a value here still reads as pending, this preview is not yet configured for production; the legal entity and postal address are set at deployment and the notice is not final until they are.
Required: your email address, the time you consented to research and build updates, and limited source or campaign attribution attached to that signup. Optional: the company details and private-preview interest you choose to provide after joining.
We do not ask for passwords, phone numbers, financial information, customer data, or sensitive business information.
We use your email and signup record on the basis of your consent to send Calyvro research notes and build updates. Optional qualification details help us understand potential early use cases; they are not used to promise or automatically decide access.
Behavioral analytics are not required to join and are not stored unless you separately choose them. Research participation, recording, publication, benchmark use, public proof, and model training are not bundled into this form.
Email addresses and management tokens are encrypted in the application database. The service is hosted in Region pending production configuration. Current processors: Processors pending production configuration.
We do not sell waitlist information. Provider access is limited to hosting and delivery functions needed to operate the waitlist.
Active waitlist records are reviewed at least annually and are retained for no longer than 24 months without a relevant update or renewed relationship. Unsubscribing stops email immediately. A deletion request removes primary waitlist data immediately; encrypted backup copies expire within 35 days.
Minimal deletion receipts contain no email content and may be retained for up to 400 days to prove completion.
Every welcome email includes a private management link to unsubscribe, export your signup data, or delete it. You may also ask for access or correction.
Contact privacy@calyvro.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already completed while consent was valid.
Joining the founding waitlist does not guarantee product access, selection, free access, pricing, or a launch date.
